Please review our policy below:
1. RETURNS
• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Muralsbyathena@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
2. REFUNDS
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing Time: Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your account after the return is processed.
3. EXCHANGES
• Eligibility: Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. Please contact us if you wish to exchange your artwork for a different piece.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
• If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
